Die casting test drives:
üMoulds produced by SAV A/S Denmark can be test casted with up to 600 tons of closing pressure
üMoulds produced by our peers in the Far East can be test casted in machines with up to 1800 tons closing pressure
Injection moulding test drives:
üMoulds produced by SAV A/S Denmark can be test casted with up to 150 tons of closing pressure
üMoulds produced by our collaborators in the Far East can be test casted on machines with up to nth tons of closing pressure. The possibilities are infinite

üAvoid endless glitches in production lines caused by trials of new moulds
üAssurance of product dimensions before receipt of the mould
üPossibility to make changes, before the mould leaves the mould maker
üThe product can even be approved by end customer before the mould is delivered to the foundry
Test castings - delivery times:
Test casting and delivery of test results will occur immediately after the completion of the mould.
Further test casting, whenever necessary, will as a rule occur approximately 2 weeks after the first test casting,
in the event that changes/improvements are made.
