Die casting moulds - possibilities
üMould dimensions: up to 1000 tons closing pressure and 4-5 tons total weight
üLarger moulds can be produced in collaboration with our colleagues in Denmark and China
üTest-drives of moulds are carried out on our die casting machines with a mould clamping force of up to 600 tons
üOwn processing of parts carried out on high-tech machines
üHardening as prescribed by metal suppliers carried out at hardening plants approved by SAV
üMould components are of standard dimension (Hasco-Uddeholm etc.)

Cheapest mould price isn't necessarily cheapest product price. There is no reason to pay for a mould which can run 500,000
